Chip Webster has shown his passion for leadership and the importance of culture both as a chair of multiple CEO peer groups and as president and senior manager of several companies. His impact as a Vistage peer group chair was recognized when he won the Don Cope Memorial Award, the highest award given by Vistage International. He is a lifetime member of Leadership Florida, a cofounder of TEC Vistage Keepers of the Flame, former board member of Central Florida Urban League as well as AMI Kids Foundation, is active on the board of Tampa Bay Watch, and is the founder of Unity in Service, Inc. to be found at unityinservice.org.
Chip has traveled to every state in the United States and has listened to people’s concerns about the direction of our country. He has previously published two books—A Passion for Life, Reflections from the Journey, an autobiographical and philosophical collection of prose and poetry; and Paint & Poetry, An Ekphrastic Journey, a collaboration of visual art and the written word, with artist Terry Brett.
